India is facing challenges enough as it continues to find its legs, balance, and place in the modern world. It was sucked into the Western orbit a few hundred years ago and has been in the English orbit in particular for well over two hundred. Indians should thus be able to easily learn from our mistakes, ,just Russia and China have taught us all that communism doesn’t work.
India today should reject feminism forcefully and can do so with confidence. The so-called liberation of women in the West has wrecked family culture in the last sixty years producing masses of semi-dysfunctional and broken people and has gravely frayed if not unravelled the fabric of society.
The failure of feminism is as obvious as that of communism. On paper they are dumb ideas. But applied they have produced unimaginable misery.
What this pretty Indian talking head proposes might be great for other well-to-do and pretty young Indian women. But if India follows in our footsteps it will be a catastrophe for the rest, and especially the children. As American culture can give ample proof today.
